Prices for a studio:
The price for a standard studio is US$ 25.000. The dimension of this studio is 28 m². The fully furnished studio is your property including the ground under it.
The price for a luxury studio is US$ 35.000. The dimension of this studio is 34 m². The fully furnished studio is your property including the ground under it.

Letting:
Ifyou want to let the studio you have two possibilities:

1) Letting via Inversiones Turisticas Nederland S.A. (I.T.N.)
If you let your studio via I.T.N. you can enjoy four weeks a year of your own studio in paradise with no effects on your proceeds. All costs for cleaning and maintenance, including the common facilities, are for account of Inversiones Turisticas Nederland S.A.
Ofcourse you can also make use of your studio for long term. The costs for cleaning, use of bedlinen and other maintenance costs will be settled with the lettingproceeds.
The subscription for the Union of Owners and insurances are for account of the studio owner. See "other costs".

2) Letting yourself or permanent inhabitation of the studio
The costs for maintenance of the studio and other miantenance costs of the resort are for account of the studio owner.

Other costs:

Subscription for the Union of Owners
All studio owners should become a member of the Union of Owners. The Union of Owners establish the amount of the yearly subscription.

Insurance
The costs to insure your studio are about US$ 200 yearly.

The letting proceeds
The letting proceeds will be paid periodical on your account in the Dominican Republic or residance.
